Presentations at the 2020 ASHEcon Conference will be recorded and made available to registrants after the conference. Below, please give your consent to being recorded.
Congratulations on your acceptance as a presenter at the 2020 ASHEcon Conference! Below you will find the key information you will need to participate in the conference. If you have any questions, please contact Leslie Ofori, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Session and Paper Information
Edits to Your Session or Paper - You may make edits to paper titles, authors, discussants and abstract text. All edits must be made no later than April 30, 2020.
Upload Your Paper - All session presenters are required to upload their papers to the Online Program. These papers will be made accessible to the public. If you do not wish to make your paper public, you must email your paper to Leslie Ofori, email@example.com, session chair, and abstract discussant. Poster presenters are not required to upload their papers but are encouraged to do so. All papers must be uploaded or shared by May 21, 2020.
Available AV - All presentation rooms will be equipped with a screen and projector. If you would like to use any PowerPoint slides during your session, you will need to provide your own laptop.
All participants (presenters, chairs, discussants, moderators, and speakers) are encourage to register for the conference by June 4, 2020.
